I was happy to find a spacious room with a bedside table as advertised, conveniently located near the coast, garden, and just a 5-minute drive to a parish church.

Everything was very comfortable, lovely location adjacent to the garden and coast, great experience. There were a stone fireplace, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk in my holiday home. The price was £ 54. I truly enjoyed staying here.

The hotel in Fishtoft was absolutely great in the middle of the city. the location was marvelous and easy, near to coast and the garden. the venue was situated 20 minutes walk from tourist destination Rochford Tower.

Very clean house with all necessary furniture and equipment. Spacious kitchen and garden with outdoor seating. Two large double bedrooms but no storage for clothes. Modern clean bathroom. About 15 minutes walk from town center, nice walk. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fishtoft. The bed linen and towels were fresh and clean, and the hot water in the shower was a nice touch. The location was great and there was no noise from the neighbors. The property was easy to find with ample parking space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful gestures like providing essential items such as washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, towels. The garden area was lovely, although I didn't get the chance to use it due to the weather. it was a perfect place for families!

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety on the menu.

We had a comfortable stay in a well-furnished and modern house during our city break. The door code made it easy to access the house. The house was spotless and had a nice little garden. The location was great, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants around.

We found some aspects that could be improved. The kitchenware seriously needs an update, as there were no tea towels and lack of general cleaning equipment.
